Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER for our apartment community, Flats at Tanglewide in Houston, TX!
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in property management or business
- Prior experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager preferred
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- The ability to lead, manage and train others
- High energy and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
