Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.50 Hourly

Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced GROUNDSKEEPER/PORTER for our apartment community,The Wyatt at Presidio Junction in Fort Worth, TX!
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
- Minimum 6 months previous apartment or commercial janitorial experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and time management skills required
- Organized with high level of attention to detail
- Weekends may be required
