Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced MAKE READY TECHNICIAN for our apartment community, parcHAUS at Mustang Drive in Marble Falls, TX!
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
- Minimum 6 months previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and time management skills required
- Organized with high level of attention to detail
- Weekends may be required
- Groundskeeper duties are included with this role.
