Responsibilities and Duties
Advise clients of their insurance needs and risks
Generating new business and premium
Retention
Claims assistance
Generating new prospects quotes and leads through telemarketing and referrals
Marketing
Accomplishing monthly sales goals
Pay - Benefits
- Generous base pay based on experience plus commission pay structure with no cap, yearly bonus. Compensation packages negotiable upon candidate insurance sales experience.

Experience
- Texas Property and Casualty general lines required by State
or must be able to pass exam with in first 30 days (we can assist you)
- Sales experience and customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to multi task and self manage
- Candidate requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- This position is perfect for a confident, self-starter who works well independently and can follow through and exceed prospective client expectations.
