We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Hawaii team. The ideal candidate has experience working with Strategic Accounts—high-impact operators such as restaurant chains, resorts, hotels, and other key customers that drive significant sales growth.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with 50–75 Strategic Accounts across the Hawaiian Islands, presenting our clients' products as solutions for operational success. You will work closely with our General Manager to maximize synergies, efficiency, and sales impact.
To succeed in this role, you must have an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking skills, and a results-driven approach.
Role Description
- Create & cultivate relationships with Strategic Accounts in the Hawaii Market
- Manage 50-75 Account Customers
- Consistently leveraging your ability to collaborate with accounts to present our client's products
- Managing day-to-day activities to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
- Weekly sales reporting in our CRM system
Qualifications
- 2 years of foodservice sales experience in Hawaii (or experience working with Hawaiian foodservice accounts)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in account management and client relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license

In addition, experience in the following areas would be beneficial:
- Knowledge of the Hawaiian foodservice and hospitality industry
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
