Responsibilities
- Greet guests and present menus with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Clover system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and culinary offerings.
- Answer phone for takeout orders and charge customers
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest standards of quality are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Server is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills for processing payments accurately.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for patrons.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for culinary arts and an eagerness to learn about menu items is highly desirable.
