Hybrid – Lithia & Driveway Marketing Team

Lithia & Driveway is looking for an LAD Project Manager to support the Airstream Adventures Group by executing high-quality retail marketing plans that align with manufacturer requirements and branding guidelines.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and execute store retail marketing initiatives for Airstream Adventures.
• Assign, schedule, and track project work, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Monitor store website marketing and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with OEM guidelines, including OCP, Co-op, MAAP Pricing, Restricted Language, and Approvability Benchmarks.
• Perform copy editing, proofing, and some copywriting to maintain accuracy and alignment with brand messaging.
• Work within Workfront (project management software) to manage and track marketing projects.
• Collaborate with store teams, vendors, and Lithia Support Services to maintain clear communication and seamless execution.
• Pilot new technologies to improve store marketing effectiveness.
• Jump in where needed to support marketing efforts and problem-solve.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
• Marketing or advertising experience is a plus.
• Experience with copy editing, proofing, and content management.
• Familiarity with DealerSpike and basic web page building is preferred.
• Experience with project management software (Workfront or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing required.

The salary range for this position is ($40,000.00 to $68,000.00).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
