Job Summary
Schedule: Monday – Friday 5am to 1:30pm OR 1:30pm to 10pm
Location: NE Davis St
The Repack Associate is responsible for transforming Work in Progress (WIP) into a finished good configuration. This is done through a manual process of unpacking and repacking product.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all PBC safety and quality policies and report any issues to Lead or Manager
- Wrap and unwrap pallets of finished goods
- Sort finished can products on a fast-paced conveyor
- Conduct housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of workstation and all areas of the warehouse.
- Remain in a station which rotates throughout the entire shift unless otherwise instructed by Lead, Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 months working in a team experience
- prior experience working in a production/manufacturing environment, food/beverage manufacturing preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive working relationships with fellow employees
- Ability to maintain effectiveness (quality) and efficiency (productivity) in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable of manufacturing processes including safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory processes, etc.
- Prior experience following GMPs preferred
