Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Lead Technician
New England Hyperbaric Oxygen offers an exciting opportunity in healthcare for a multi-faceted role as a lead in our growing Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy department. As this company grows, there will be new and exciting opportunities for expansion in your role for the right candidate.
This position includes education of patients on the benefits of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, working with our doctors and patients to implement treatment plans for most successful patient recovery, scheduling patients for treatment, and assisting patients to and from chambers.
We will provide training to the right candidate in our techniques, methods, modalities, and equipment. A background in healthcare is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in working with patients suffering from a variety of musculoskeletal, dermatological, post-surgical and neurological conditions such as stroke, concussion, depression, anxiety and more. A desire to learn is absolutely essential as educating patients is a vital component of their success. As a leader in hyperbaric oxygen therapy the majority of your workday will be a combination of hands on with patients, hyperbaric oxygen therapy assisting, assessing treatment plans, working with the doctor, and scheduling patient appointments.
Since you will have direct contact with our patients you must be personable, professional and genuinely interested in providing outstanding patient care. Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, work well as part of a team, be self-motivated, have a good work ethic and be able to multi-task in our fast-paced environment.
