As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include :
- Providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
- Making outside calls to generate leads / follow up on lead inquires
- Following up on job estimates and quotes with customers
- Admin duties such as : Scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, communicating with insurance companies, etc.
