As an Office Manager on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:
- Answering the phone/greeting customers in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrating proficiency with the point-of-sale and all computer systems
- Addressing calls and customer concerns as they escalate
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies, placing orders as needed
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflow of the office/admin staff
- Performing daily administrative duties such as billing, deposits, sorting mail, observing credit limits/past due balances, etc.

(Required qualifications)
- 1-2 years' experience in office management required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office/computer/phone skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test per applicable state laws
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Physical requirements: Must be able to lift minimum of 25 pounds
