Responsibilities
- Concept, design, and deliver a wide range of brand and marketing materials—digital and print—including social media graphics, posters, merchandise, email and web assets, stadium signage, matchday creative, and more.
- Lead and/or support merchandise design initiatives, collaborating with partners and vendors to bring high-quality fan gear to life.
- Ensure all creative output reflects the Hearts of Pine brand and meets the needs of various departments including Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Operations, and Community.
- Support the creative needs of campaign rollouts and content series with consistent visual storytelling.
- Develop and maintain design templates, file structures, and digital asset organization systems.
- Manage incoming creative requests from stakeholders and collaborate to refine briefs.
- Produce matchday assets and live event graphics as needed, including some on-site support during home games and community events.
- Collaborate with freelancers and agency partners when needed.
- Support photography and video content creation (experience a plus).
- Maintain quality and brand standards across all platforms.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, agency, or mission-driven brands.
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong layout, typography, branding, and digital design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with digital content specs across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and integrate feedback.
- Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Must be available for matchdays, occasional evenings/weekends, and local travel as needed.
Nice to Haves
- Illustration or motion graphics chops
- Photography or videography experience
- Experience designing in Figma
- Comfort working with 3D tools (Blender, etc.)
- Soccer literacy and familiarity with supporter culture
