Portland Leather Goods is currently seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Sales Coordinator to help our creative team execute a range of new promotions for our quickly expanding company. Ideal candidates for this position will be passionate about digital customer experiences, SEO, and very detailed in their work. You will work directly with our creative team and marketing team to help with website product updates, website marketing integration, product management, testing, reporting, inventory and boldly help us push our well-loved products out into the marketplace. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with an eye for detail who can make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Our team is a fun, flexible, and hard-working group of people dedicated to providing our customers with high quality products at prices that make people feel great. This position will work out of our SE Portland location with a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily merchandising of products, images, and homepage assets.
- Manage the website and retail product catalogs, including price changes, images, and new product launches.
- Test, review, and launch all promotional campaigns, sale collections, and visual changeovers.
- Review all new images and assets for quality and accuracy.
- Some copywriting and Photoshop skills are a must!
- Daily inventory check and reporting to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Responsible for multiple sales reports.
- Weekly review of new product customer reviews to publish on the website.
- Work with social media team to update UGC content on website.
- Daily friction and web issues check across multiple platforms; create tickets for web development team.
- Brainstorming website flow, UI/UX improvements, and creative growth strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Monthly website audits.
- Monitor live CRO tests for accuracy and conversion.
- Cross-department communication with Marketing, Graphic Design, Social Media, Web Development, Logistics, and Photography teams.
- Continual education of back-end Shopify functions.
Qualifications
- Outstanding attention to detail!
- Experience managing an e-commerce storefront or similar website.
- Understand Shopify Themes and Back-end.
- Passion for marketing with an understanding of big picture marketing initiatives.
- Collaborative spirit and the ability to work well with other team members.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in an ever-changing environment.
What We Offer
- Annual salary range: $50,000 - $55,000 (dependent upon experience)
