Position Description:
A successful applicant will be a self-motivated, independent learner that is highly organized and has strong communication skills. This individual will manage energy efficient lighting projects from start to finish. Applicant will complete utility program project applications, find eligible products, manage inventory, track projects, follow up with vendors and customer, schedule resources. The ideal candidate will have experience working in energy efficiency, lighting or construction industry and or a strong drive to learn.

Position Qualifications:
- Experience in lighting, and energy efficiency industry (preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in lighting technologies (preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Self-starter who is highly detail oriented, organized and goal focused
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
Benefits/ compensation:
- Base salary will be paid based on skills and experience plus monthly commissions
