We are currently seeking an Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator to engage with community members in the Portland area and promote newly accessible products and services.
Role Overview: The Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator will develop personalized plan recommendations, strategize for customer account retention, and assist the Community Outreach team with launching new enrollment and service initiatives. Ideal candidates are creative problem-solvers with a passion for leadership and a drive to connect with the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with community members regarding order requests, service updates, and billing information, ensuring all communications meet our high standards of professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the Community Outreach and Sales Manager to prioritize and resolve issues in sales, service, and compliance.
- Cross-train to manage the entire customer experience from initial contact through enrollment.
- Work closely with the Customer Account Department Manager on hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Conduct industry research to stay updated on trends and develop innovative community outreach strategies that enhance customer service.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, though relevant experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles is also considered.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with POS systems or demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and solutions.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
