We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Wireless Communications Representative to join our expanding sales team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, promoting our clients wireless products, and delivering excellent customer service. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships, meet sales targets, and help customers find the best wireless solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their wireless communication needs and offer tailored sales solutions.
- Drive sales by promoting and selling a variety of wireless communication products, including smartphones, data plans, and accessories.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to confidently discuss and demonstrate their features and benefits to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently applying effective sales strategies and closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through personalized service, follow-ups, and regular communication to increase sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, achieve sales goals, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately, ensuring that all customer information and payment details are captured correctly.
- Identify sales leads and proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels to generate interest and increase sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or wireless communications environment.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex products in an easy-to-understand manner.
