What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speech Language Pathologist position at Portland, ME?
The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for providing speech services for students 0-5 years throughout Southern Maine.
You will have the ability to create your own schedule with the clients available in your area. With the amount of clients currently available, the opportunities are wide open, you just need to meet a bi-weekly quota of billable time, typically being achieved in 4 days by current employees.
Opportunity to earn Bonus pay up to 1K a month if you would like to go above your bi-weekly quota.
Minimum Requirements:
- Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech-language pathology
- Must hold a degree from an accredited school of Speech-Language Pathology
- Current licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of assignment
- One year of prior professional Speech Language Pathology experience preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Pay 62.5K - 70K a year Bonus
