What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sky Box Waitstaff position at Portland Sea Dogs?
OVERVIEW:
Work with other members of the Waitstaff to provide food and beverage service to 17 Corporate Suites with up to 400 patrons each game.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sky Box set-up prior to group arrival.
• Process and Delivery of Food Orders.
• Upkeep of Sky Boxes during the game.
• Work and coordinate with kitchen staff, and other food servers.
• Operation of Point of Sale Terminal.
• End of night clean-up of Sky Boxes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good oral communication skills
• Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift at least 10 lbs.
• Customer service experience.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Neat clean and orderly appearance a must.
• Must be a team player at least 21 years of age.
Hourly Rate $18.00 per hour Commission
