Wholesale Automotive Parts Company is seeking an Inside Sales Order Desk professional to join our team!
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Answer phones, present and sell company products to new and existing customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Identify parts requirements via electronic and paper catalogs
- Enter orders into Point of Sale software
- Help process orders for delivery, shipment or will call
- General warehouse duties
- Stock shelves with product
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Automotive experience helpful
- Familiarity with basic IT platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Organized
