What We’re Looking For:
Our brand new Urgent Care team is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our brand new service!
We’re seeking a team member with exceptional attention to detail, outstanding written and oral communication skills, and a strong drive to learn and grow. If you’re compassionate, self-motivated, and eager to enhance your skills, this may be the perfect fit for you! Our ideal candidate is dedicated to providing compassionate care for clients in stressful situations. Dedicated to the details, this person ideally has previous customer service experience, great phone skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic veterinary setting. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or with EzyVet is preferred, but not required.
Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts per week with some weekends and holidays required.
Compensation: Dependent on education and experience
