About the Role :
The Senior Vice President of Office Asset Management will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic management and optimization of our office / hospitality / multifamily and industrial properties within the real-estate development industry. This position is responsible for maximizing asset value through effective property management, financial oversight, and strategic planning. The SVP will lead a team of professionals to ensure that all office assets are maintained to the highest standards while also identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, tenant needs, and operational efficiencies to drive profitability. Ultimately, the SVP will contribute to the long-term success and sustainability of our office portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management or property management within the construction or real estate industry.
- Proven track record of managing large office portfolios and achieving financial targets.
- Experience with successfully managing teams and communicating complex issues with senior leadership
- Exceptional knowledge and experience in leasing, accounting, and property operations
- Solid experience creating and managing a budget and producing monthly, quarterly, and yearly property management and asset management reports, business plans, and lender compliance packages.
- Expert understanding of joint venture agreements, real estate investment returns, waterfalls and loan documentation.
- Exceptional analytical skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Yardi
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and oversight
- Travel required up to 25% with overnight stay
