Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating all transfers in and out of the facility.
- Facilitate contact between providers to ensure smooth and efficient consultations and transfers.
- Assist callers with logistical issues related to transfer of patients with understanding of local policies, procedures and resources.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivelant
- Previous hospital or clinical experience and knowledge of medical terminology
- Current BLS certification within 90-days
Preferred Requirements:
- Clinical professional licensure (EMS, CNA, LPN, etc.)
