Responsibilities
- The CNA/Behavioral Health Technician performs selected patient care activities and is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, providing support for the patient's therapeutic treatment plan.
- Observes and records patient information pertinent to the treatment plan, and reports this information to the staff RN and other members of the treatment team.
- Maintaining safety checks and assessments of the individual patients and Behavioral Health environment.
- Assists patients with physical and emotion needs, deals with patient emergencies, and works as a member of a clinical team.
Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Current CNA Certification in the State of Idaho
- Current BLS certification
