Responsibilities
Oversees the Engineering Department workload to ensure that the building and grounds are maintained to the proper standards.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in facilities operation; hospital experience preferred
- 3 years supervisor experience; Five years preferred
Technical knowledge of plant equipment (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, etc.) and other systems
Specific knowledge of health care codes, regulations, and standards.
ASHE Certified Health Care Facility Manager or certified/licensed in the Mechanical field preferred.
