About the Role
We are seeking a professional and engaging Temporary Brand Activator / Bartender who excels at creating memorable guest experiences while operating independently. The ideal candidate will have prior bartending and brand activation experience and be able to work autonomously and problem-solve on the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Bartending & Brand Activation: Operate a branded bar cart, preparing and serving premium gin cocktails.
- Engagement: Provide a high level of hospitality while authentically promoting the brand.
- Setup & Breakdown: Independently manage bar cart setup and breakdown, with venue support as needed.
- Compliance: Adhere to all New York state alcohol service regulations.
- Professionalism: Maintain a polished, brand-appropriate appearance and demeanor.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior bartending and brand activation experience.
- Certifications: Must have or be willing to obtain any required NY state alcohol service permits.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve on the job.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the venue.
- Availability: Commitment to scheduled shifts throughout the summer season.
Compensation & Contract Terms
This is an independent contractor position, meaning you will be responsible for your own taxes and expenses. Compensation is provided as a fixed rate per shift (non-tipping venue). Daily compensation ranges from $200 to $225.
