Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing and Operations Specialist to support our commercial and operational initiatives. This role will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring seamless operational coordination. The ideal candidate will have a background in biotech, cell and gene therapy, or related industries and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Porton Advanced’s services.
- Assist in lead generation, market research, and business development efforts.
- Coordinate with the sales team to create presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Manage social media, website content, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Support Porton Advanced at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer engagement strategies.
Operations Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business operations.
- Support administration, logistics, shipment tracking, and inventory management.
- Assist in contract management and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports for management.
- Coordinate client communications and follow up on project timelines.
- Support other tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biology, life science, or a related field. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience in logistics, shipping coordination, and project management is a plus.
- Able to lift boxes up to 50lbs
