Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled Database Designer with a strong foundation in Oracle, who can also expand their expertise to SQL and NoSQL databases. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of database design principles and possess the business acumen to work effectively with stakeholders. This role involves architecting databases, organizing data, and ensuring that our database solutions meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and architect databases, primarily using Oracle, with the ability to expand to SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective database solutions.
- Participate in meetings on new projects and maintenance of existing applications.
- Work closely with solutions engineers and development teams to identify areas needing modifications or new applications.
- Serve as a shared resource across multiple projects and products, moving from one project to another as needed.
- Ensure data is organized efficiently and can be accessed and utilized effectively to serve business needs.
