Job Summary
The Corporate Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing all corporate tax functions, including corporate income tax compliance, tax planning, and overseeing the management of indirect taxes such as sales and use tax. The role requires close collaboration with external tax advisors, senior management, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations, while minimizing the company's overall tax liability.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Income Tax :
Work closely with external tax firms to prepare global corporate tax filings, handle tax audits, and manage compliance matters.
Oversee the sales and use tax compliance process for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies that minimize the company's overall tax liabilities while complying with applicable laws.
Manage and support tax audits by coordinating the preparation of documentation and working with external auditors and tax authorities.
Create and maintain domestic and international tax and compliance calendars
