Real Estate Administrative Assistant - Portside Real Estate Group
Portside Real Estate Group is looking for a motivated individual to support multiple high producing teams in Greater Portland with transaction coordination and administration.
This position will give part-time support to at least two real estate teams, totaling to full time hours available, based out of Portland and Falmouth. In addition to overseeing day to day operations with ongoing transactions, this position will be responsible for offering support with CRM systems, marketing campaigns based in Canva and other platforms, and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets in Google Suite. Previous real estate experience is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and marketing, as well as:
- Have a real estate license or be willing to obtain one to allow for growth
- Be skilled at communication via email, phone, and in person/on Zoom
- Have an attention to detail and excel at developing organizational systems
- Be enthusiastic to learn new skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Have flexibility to be in person in Greater Portland as necessary
Pay will be in a range of $25 to $30 per hour based on experience. Start date by 3/1/25.
