- This role involves providing comprehensive technical support to employees, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems
- The ideal candidate will be experienced in troubleshooting Microsoft and Adobe tools, providing user support, and assisting with the installation and maintenance of various IT systems
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 Cloud and desktop applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as Google Workspace Environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, offering timely resolution
- Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings
- Work closely with the IT team to implement system upgrades and patches
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system
