Dietary Cook Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and resident preferences
- Follow menus, recipes, and portion control standards
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work closely with dietary aides and other team members to ensure high-quality meal service
Dietary Cook Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a cook in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting is required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a team
- ServSafe certification is a plus
