Now Hiring : RN MDS Nurse
Responsibilities RN MDS Nurse :
Assessment, monitoring, and documentation of patient care at a residential or long-term care facility.
Collect information and data and use it to create reports on patient health care at the facility.
May also act as a liaison between facility management and insurance providers.
Qualifications RN MDS Nurse :
Bachelor's degree in nursing.
RN state license in OH.
Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
Must be able to pass a federal background screening and tox screening
Vaccinated against COVID-19 or must have a valid exemption
Previous LTC / SNF experience preferred
