Now Hiring: RN MDS Nurse
Responsibilities RN MDS Nurse:
- Assessment, monitoring, and documentation of patient care at a residential or long-term care facility.
- Collect information and data and use it to create reports on patient health care at the facility.
- May also act as a liaison between facility management and insurance providers.
Qualifications RN MDS Nurse:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- RN or LPN state license in OH.
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a federal background screening and tox screening
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 or must have a valid exemption
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
