Now Hiring:Unit Manager
Responsibilities Unit Manager:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a designated unit within the nursing home.
- Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor and evaluate resident care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Address resident and family concerns, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including medical records and care plans.
- Collaborate with other department heads to promote a cohesive and effective care environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits to enhance care delivery.
Qualifications Unit Manager:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a nursing home or long-term care setting.
