- Must have 2 years’ experience in Med Surg. in a Hospital Setting.
- Preferred experience in med surg, orthopedics, Bariatrics.
- Day Shift – Charge RN, RNs, LNAs, unit Coordinator (Monday- Friday)
- Night Shift – Charge RN, RNs, LNAs
- Patient Ratios – 5-6:1
- 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule
- 3rd Surgical
- Typical procedures performed: Orthopedic Surgery (Knees, hips, Shoulder, Cervical), bariatrics
- Best personality Fit: Work collaboratively with team members, patient focus
- Number of Beds – 27
- Number of Staff – 5-6 RNs / 2-3 LNAs
