About the Role
The RN Cath Lab Clinical Coordinator Registered Nurse will provide leadership in the cardiac cath lab, ensuring quality patient care and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of staff members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-7 years relevant experience in a cardiac cath lab setting
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
