A Key Role in Patient Navigation
The Nurse Navigator acts as a consultant, facilitator, and educator to the Imaging service line patient population. Responsibilities include assisting patients through the Imaging care delivery system, providing patient education, coordinating care, advocating for patients, and communicating with the multidisciplinary team and referring providers.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3-7 years of relevant work experience in nursing or a related field
- BLS certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Active RN licensure
- Associate's degree in nursing or a related field
