Portsmouth Regional Hospital is a 234-bed acute care facility that offers exceptional healthcare services to the Seacoast region. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Inpatient Surgical Unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Our team-oriented environment allows you to hone your nursing skills and take the next step toward critical care in a Level 2 Trauma facility.
">- Assess patients' conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures.
