Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager - West is a critical role within the Porvair Filtration Group, responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with clients in the Western region of the United States. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Critical Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term business partnerships.
- Sales Growth: Work alongside Business Development Managers to identify, design, develop, and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.
- Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while maintaining client satisfaction, and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
