What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Success Manager (CSM) position at POS Professional Office Services?
The position is part of our dynamic and innovative team which is responsible for providing a strategic and supportive partnership for our customers at every stage of the buying process. This role will be focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term customer retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues, and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals.
To be successful, you must have a thirst for knowledge, the ability to learn quickly and easily grasp new software applications.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide product demonstrations, CRM documentation, specific software training, implementation support, and monthly utilization reports.
- Works closely with the Sales and Enterprise team, providing support, assisting with closing deals, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Identify potential issues before they arise and work with internal teams to address challenges quickly and effectively.
- Create strategies and proactive outreach to maintain and grow our customer base.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers looking to buy products and services throughout the buying process.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or other related field OR 3-5 years' experience in the field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have customer service experience, with technical experience preferred.
- Web, MSExcel and MSWord experience is a plus.
