Ideal candidates will exude a passion for engaging in consultative conversations, sharing ideas, and turning those ideas into print revenue. A strong understanding of healthcare and marketing will expedite sales growth and earning potential.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Grow an existing book of key customers
- Establish a pipeline of prospects by medical specialty
- Schedule Zoom calls and demos for one-on-one customer/prospect meetings
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of each customer and their business
- Create an annual business plan and sales outreach cadence to achieve goals
- Work with an internal team of experts to service customers
- Secure strategy meetings and set demos via Zoom for print sales opportunities
- Identify new opportunities, close deals, and foster long-term customer partnerships
Desired Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or another related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of inside/outside sales experience, project or account management preferred
- Agency, marketing, or healthcare experience preferred
- Hunger for prospecting, confidence, resiliency, and determination to succeed
- A consultative mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Active listening skills
- Strong customer relations
- Salesforce (CRM) software experience is a plus
- Must be a self-starter and have excellent time management skills
