As an Internal Corporate Recruiter, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by attracting and hiring top talent. You’ll partner with various departments to understand their hiring needs and manage the full recruitment cycle to ensure we meet our staffing goals with the best people
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, roles, and responsibilities.
- Develop and post job ads on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, facilitating smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage the candidate experience by ensuring timely feedback and a smooth onboarding process.
- Assist in developing and refining our recruitment strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Utilize recruitment metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or tech-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
