Entry-Level Behavior Technician (ABA Program Assistant) – No Experience Needed!

Your Role at PosAbilities:
- Learn and apply exciting ABA principles and interventions.
- Support clients in diverse settings: clinics, homes, schools, and fun community programs.
- Assist with engaging, educational, and recreational activities designed by experienced BCBAs.
- Collaborate closely with our supportive team to make a real impact on our clients’ lives.
What We Look For:
- A passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Enthusiasm, patience, and great interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability during our program hours Monday–Friday, and/or Saturdays from 9 AM–12 PM.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma required.
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is beneficial but not required—we provide comprehensive training!
- Currently enrolled in a related Bachelor's program (Psychology, Education, Speech, OT) preferred but not mandatory.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a bonus!
