Poseidon Marine is a small business in Central Lake involving Dock and Hoist Sales, Seasonal Installation/Removal Services, Boat maintenance, RV/Boat Storage and Self Storage. We are searching for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Office Assistant to join our team. This is a fast paced environment and involves someone who is great at multi-tasking and can prioritize what needs to be addressed first. Our ideal candidate provides exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones, logging messages, sending text and email messages to customers as needed. Competent at filing, copying, cataloging files electronically and assisting with social media postings. Our candidate must be able to sit, stand, lift, turn and bend as you will be in and out of boats to collect customer information for cataloging purposes. Light cashier duties in our storefront, and other duties as assigned. This is a Full-Time summer position with regular office hours, including Saturdays.
