We are looking for a competent Office Assistant/Dispatcher to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Applicant should be well organized and able to work without direct supervision.
Responsibilities
- Answer client phone calls/messages and assist with scheduling appointments
- Direct all messages to the appropriate parties
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Daily upkeep of office areas
- Send marketing emails periodically
- Day-to-day management of plumbing schedule
Skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment

- Proficiency in MS Office & Google Applications
Required hours are Monday - Friday 8-5 with a 1 hour lunch break
