Job Description:
Poseidon Remodeling, a reputable construction company based in Oceanside, CA, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager/Office Assistant to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to exciting remodeling projects while ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project management, including scheduling, coordination, and progress tracking.
  • Provide administrative support such as managing emails, handling documentation, and maintaining records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Ensure project timelines are met and operations run efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in project management or office administration preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
