WHO DO WE WANT
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Coordinator to manage data integrity, audits, and reporting across our Centric PLM and ERP systems. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of purchase orders (POs), barcodes, and vendor communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for issuing bulk POs, managing barcode assignments, and maintaining seamless data flow between internal systems and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Integrity & Auditing :
- Maintain and audit data accuracy in Centric PLM and ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal data standards and industry best practices.
- Purchase Order (PO) Management :
- Issue bulk POs in Centric PLM and ERP systems.
- Communicate POs to vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
- Barcode & UPC Management :
- Assign and manage barcodes, UPCs, and GXS data.
- Ensure proper barcode transmission to vendors and update records accordingly.
- Vendor Communication & Coordination :
- Send POs and barcodes to vendors, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Troubleshoot any vendor-related data discrepancies and resolve them efficiently.
- Reporting & Data Analysis :
- Pull reports from Centric PLM and ERP for data validation and operational insights.
- Support cross-functional teams with accurate and timely data reporting.
