What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daycare Assistant Teacher/Floater position at Posh Tot Learning Academy?
Posh Tot Learning Academy is a high-quality learning academy in the heart of Bentonville. We provide a warm, hands-on learning environment for students aged 6 weeks – 5 years. We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic Teachers to love and care for the precious children entrusted to us. Our teachers must have a great love and patience for children.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
- Collaborate with co-workers to implement weekly lesson plans
- Maintain daily classroom schedules
- Communicate with parents regularly to share progress and understand the children’s needs
Skills:
- Prior childcare experience
- Excellent communication and instructional skills
- Friendly and reliable
- Be at least 18 years of age
