Multi-Channel Social Media Manager / Specialist
Job Summary:
This in-office role focuses on creating, planning, designing, and implementing a dynamic social media strategy, with a primary emphasis on Instagram and secondary efforts on Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn. As a key member of our marketing team, you will help shape our online presence and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Focus on growing presence on TikTok and Pinterest.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, seasonal themes, and competitors.
- Utilize content management tools to publish and manage online content efficiently.
- Collaborate with content creators to source UGC (user-generated content).
- Oversee PR initiatives and manage brand ambassador programs.
- Build, engage, and improve the social media community.
- Plan and execute social media giveaways.
- Create engaging video content, including in-person street interviews, IG Reels, and TikTok videos.
- Assist with photo shoots and other marketing projects.
- Attend local marketing and PR events to promote the brand.
- Analyze social media data to inform and improve future strategies.
- Capture product photos and design graphics as needed.
Requirements:
- Creative personality and interest in food (foodie)
- Past experience and strong knowledge of social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC).
- Proven experience in creating reels and staying up-to-date with social media trends.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and with attention to detail.
- Experience with video editing.
- Familiarity with design and content management tools.
- Photography experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in meta ads or paid social media marketing is a must.
Work Details:
- 40 hours of work per week.
- In-person work at the Coral Gables office.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office and job-related errands and events.
- Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.
- Willingness to take a background check.
- Willingness to take a drug test.
