Job Description : As a
Senior Marketing Associate , you will own end-to-end email, push, and user journey creation and report out on daily performance metrics to the team. To be successful, you will need the unique combination of strong creativity and analytical skills.
Responsibilities :
Analyze and report on key marketing metrics to ensure campaigns and content programming meet business goalsCollaborate with the broader Marketing team to uncover customer insights and market trends to help guide Poshmark's integrated marketing strategyPartner with creative and content teams to create engaging content for the end userIdentify opportunities and propose solutions to streamline and / or automate processes6-Month Accomplishments :
Develop an understanding of our communications programs and usersBuild strong relationships with cross-functional partners and key stakeholdersOwn end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives12 Month Accomplishments :
Help drive user engagement through identifying optimization opportunities, prioritizing areas of opportunity, and supporting the testing and deployment of innovative new strategiesUse holistic understanding of our communications to make recommendations to how we can improve contentContinued accomplishments from 6 monthsRequirements :
BS / BA or equivalent combination of education and experience2 year of experience in ecommerce, marketing or related fieldExcellent project management, communication, and acute attention to detailSuperior analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and ability to execute against findingsAbility to interpret in-depth analyses and uncover actionable insightHigh aptitude for learning new skills and the willingness to tackle new challengesProficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of HTMLProficiency in tools like Iterable, MoEngage, Braze, SendGrid, and Looker
